Darcorp has assembled many investment portfolios for both institutions and private investors. The most notable project was commissioned by a large private institution to assemble and manage a portfolio of properties during the real estate recession of the early 1990’s.
During this time of massive commercial property foreclosures, bank failures and the intervention of the resolution trust corp., Darcorp was hard at work locating, analyzing and aggressively pursuing deals in the hardest hit Phoenix and Dallas / Ft. Worth markets.
What makes Darcorp’s efforts monumental is the fact that Darcorp assembled a team and spent the time and money performing Darcorp’s cycle-tested feasibility analysis on the properties prior to bringing them to the investors for review.
The success of this approach speaks for itself. Darcorp was able to assemble, broker, and subsequently manage over $100 million of mutli-family properties in Arizona, Texas and Washington for this private institution. The performance of this portfolio is illustrated below and, as you can see, dramatically outperformed the market every year.
